A family-owned mill in its sixth generation, Dallagiovanna is the only Italian mill that washes its wheat in cold water before slow grinding — a process that preserves the grain's natural character. The pizza range, including La Napoletana and Rossa 00 (W390), is approved by the AVPN for use in certified Neapolitan pizzerias.
